1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

    Crocs Casino Resort may terminate your account at its sole discretion and without prior notice for breach of these Terms and Conditions or failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

    These terms shall be governed by the laws in effect in Canada. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement, including but not limited to any claim for breach thereof or arising under tort law, contract law or other statutes, shall be resolved through arbitration.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

    This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Crocs Casino Resort and supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral.

13. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    Crocs Casino Resort reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice, which modification will be effective upon posting of such revised terms on this Site.

By using the services provided by Crocs Casino Resort, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to all terms set forth in this Agreement.
